For the fortification of neck muscles, to grip double chin or averting the development of such appearance you can get facilitation with the following actions;
- Preliminary pose is to make your top position constant and directed.
- Tilt your head back and forth 10 times.
- Perform a circular movement of your head – 20 times in both directions
- Perform the turning of the head from right to left and left to right – 20 times
- Tilt your head to the left, with the jaw changing to the left shoulder subsequently go back to the initial position. Now it is the time to do that in the opposite trend. Replicate the execution five times

In the initial days of training it is better to execute in front of the mirror. After the process of movements neck must be soaked with chill water and for the several times a pat on the chin must be attached.
