It is recommended to give the variations of sauces which you find in stores and make your homemade dressing tasty with healthy ingredients. A little trick to have on hand for salad dressing is to make greater amounts to keep it in a sealed jar then in your refrigerator. Take a look at the following salad options:

1) Horseradish Sauce with Avocado

You need that to pound with a fork and mix it with: grated horseradish, salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil and possibly some water if you like dressing to be more liquid. If you do not like horseradish you can use avocado as a base for a creamy dressing and mix it with herbs, spices and your favorite vegetables (such as curry, basil, beetroot).

2) Mustard Sauce

You need quality mustard to mix it with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and perhaps a little honey.

3) Sauce with Cashew

After you leave cashew nuts soaked in water for 4-5 hours blend your mixture with a little vinegar and orange juice in a blender. Also, you can combine cashew paste with various spices that you like, so you make a fixed creamy as you like.

Crush fresh leaves of parsley in a mortar with a clove of garlic, then add: olive oil, lemon juice, parmesan cheese and roasted pine nuts.

5) Yogurt sauce, Chilli and Lemon

Mix yogurt with chilli, lemon juice, pepper and salt. If you prefer, you can add a few slices of cucumber and a little amount of finely chopped fresh mint.

6) Sauce with Sesame Paste, Lemon and Dill

Mix sesame paste (tahini) with inactive yeast flakes, lemon juice, salt, chopped red onion and chopped fresh dill.
